This was the first time Kaz has done my hair. My usual stylist is Julian, who was on holiday, and I am in the process of changing my hair style. Kaz was very friendly and willing to cut my hair so that the change from one style to another continued. She also emphasised that I should come in to the salon if my hair was proving difficult before my regular 6-weekly cut.
