It was lovely to see the team again yesterday how I felt the team weren’t as good as I remember. Massimo normally does my blow dry. Another client was offered drinks and they forgot to ask me until I asked them.My blow dry seemed ok when it had been done but felt the quality wasn’t as good as usual . I had been charged for a cut and blow dry rather than a blow dry aswell and had to rush back to the salon as noticed the price list and wasn’t correct. It wasn’t even so busy as it’s the summer holidays so attention to detail not great.. So overall disappointed and won’t be back.
