I have to admit to being a long time visitor to Luminis Beauty in Chiswick and the reason I keep going back is not only because the treatments are very professional, but the team here manage to combine that high quality of service with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. I'm not the only regular here, judging by the fact that the team know a lot of their customers by name. Considering that Chiswick has a lot of competition, it says something important that the Luminis team have such a loyal customer base. So for consistently professional treatments and the right atmosphere, it's a lovely place to be

I have been going to Luminis for many years and can’t reccomend highly enough. This week I had a wonderful relaxing facial and eyebrow wax and felt like a new woman! Massive Thanks to the lovely Amber who is so professional and talented.

I’ve been going to Luminis for a little while now. I always really enjoy my treatment. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and the atmosphere is relaxed whilst making you feel cared about. They’re always happy to give a advice on at home skin care and suggest the best products but there’s never any pressure to buy. They run package prices and have a loyalty scheme too. What’s not to like?

Always a great visit to Luminis Chiswick and I’ve never had a bad therapist. Clean facilities and a professional service.

I went for a spray tan - the service was excellent. I arrived a few minutes early but was taken straight to the cubicle. The staff were charming, efficient and professional. Great result. Couldn’t fault anything.

A wonderful afternoon, at the end of which I felt very relaxed and my skin was really soft and glowing. Excellent service very friendly and professional staff The young lady who gave me the mural pomegranate polish’was fab. She gave me a brilliant treatment and her massage was firm but very relaxing and soothing . Thank you a lovely end to a busy day

Recently had my brows tinted and shaped and love the results. As well as a good end result the experience was really relaxing with a head massage while the tint was on.
Have had other treatments here in the past and am always happy with the results and the lovely staff.

Like many my appointment today was for the all important wax. And as daunting as a bikini wax can be, it wasn’t so for me. Very unusual to find a beauty salon/spa where every therapist is good. I have been coming here for a few years and what is great is the low staff turnover which tells you something. Always accommodating, and very good treatments whether manicure or facial. It is one of those rare places that is managed well, employs great staff and has a returning local clientele

I’ve been a client for years! Service at Luminis has always been 5 star. The beauticians are if high calibre; professional, knowledgeable and highly skilled in what they do. I’ve never had to wait around or feel rushed.
