I always enjoy my visits to Luminis Chiswick. The staff are all lovely, very pleasant, knowledgeable and professional and I have never had cause to complain. The salon is clean and very pleasant in which to be treated.

Was greeted professionally by the staff. I’m 38 weeks pregnant. Had the most relaxing 30 min back massage, which was very much needed. The room was very relaxing. Was on cloud 9 when I left the salon.

The massage was very painful and has left my lower back and neck extremely sore to touch.

Fantastic manicures using great products. Always lasts full week for normal nail varnish or two weeks for shellac and nails in great condition. Really lovely staff.

I had a back massage, Facial and manicure. My therapist was lovely, friendly and knowledgeable about the service she provided. She advised me on my skin type and how to benefit from one of their products.
It's a bit pricey but I am sure I will go back.
