TONI&GUY Chiswick

I have stripey white blonde and dark hair now, after going in for highlights. I did not ask for super bleached, cheap looking hair. It looks awful. The staff mean well but I do not recommend getting colour here.

Her cut and blow dry is second to none does exactly what you say you want, nothing is ever too much and she goes over and above to make sure you’re happy! With a top notch service, professional at all times and so friendly couldn’t ask for anyone better!

My daughters (15 &17) are so happy with their haircuts and their new hair styles. They feel tony listen to what they wanted and gave them great tips and advice. Beautiful work. Thank you

100% good experience

My second visit to Tony and im very happy. Listened to what I wanted but gave good advice. Very professional and I really appreciate the time and final touches he gave. Definitely recommend and will be back.

Sylvianna was fantastic and really kind/helpful when my son came in for a haircut, giving him advice on maintaining the style and looking after his hair.

Another amazing colour by Sylvia and cut by Tony. They know how I like my hair but will always ask if I was happy with my previous colour/cut before starting. I could visit a salon nearer home but I prefer to travel to Chiswick because of the trust built up over the years.

Having had 3 unsuccessful experiences to have my hair coloured in 3 other salons in the Kingston area I had the good sense to return to Toni & Guy Chiswick where I used to go a few years ago when I lived in Chiswick, and to Ning who is a true professional. I am VERY happy with my colour. Thank you Ning.

Met Alicia for the first time, her name is not listed in the above stylist menu. Alicia was very good and was happy with my cut. Look forward to next appt and hopefully seeing Alicia on a regular basis.

Unfortunately not the best haircut I’ve had, by far. Stylist was nice and friendly but I didn’t feel confident in technique nor did she give me the confidence in her skills and over 17 years of experience. My fringe was left heavy without any shape and the layers were not defined. It wasn’t awful, but I definitely didn’t feel like I have a £73 haircut.

The stylist who took care of me is Alisha.
She took into account my feedback from my previous highlights (too bright) and the result is exactly what I was expecting.
I got all the explanations I asked for, Alisha shared several advices, and I am very happy with the result : Colorec of my hair and the cut.

Myself and my mum came in for hair cuts and we both left extremely happy, which hasn’t happened in a long time! Loved my hair cut so much will definitely be returning to Chiswick branch and getting cut/dyed by Salvatore! He gave loads of advice on my hair and it was clear he was super passionate! The whole experience was amazing from the moment we walked in through the door, other staff member are super friendly and was just a lovely experience!

I've had my haircut with Salvatore. It's the second haircut with him. My hair is very thin, dry and curly. It's not the easiest hair to cut and style. He listened to me and gave me exactly what I asked for both times. I will definitely go back.

Ning is technically excellent and was able to masterfully merge and fix an uneven cut done elsewhere.

Stylist was absolutely lovely, and I’m not upset with my haircut, but not wowed by it either. I think I would’ve gone bolder with it, and she was a little reluctant to give me more layers because my hair is fine.
I realised only afterwards that the layers on one side don’t match the other also.
I probably should’ve emphasised more directly that I did want more layers and for my cut to be more exaggerated so as to blend in the shorter bits of hair from my alopecia.
I chose Toni and guy because they have a reputation for being excellent and innovative, but I honestly think I could’ve gotten the same cut somewhere else for much less. For me the whole experience in general wasn’t worth the price, and I don’t think I’d go back.

Federica was absolutely amazing from the start of the appointment to the very end. I showed her two photos of what I had in mind and she understood it immediately and executed it to perfection. She even gave me a wonderful bouncy blow dry. Would 100% recommend her to anyone.

Initially I’ve booked an appointment to have my hair done , highlights and haircut but when I came out I looked like a zebra all stripy , I cried my eyes out for three days and decided to go to another salon and get it done , the hairdresser was shocked as well and started laughing she asked who done this . I will never , ever , ever visit any Tony&Guy salon in my life .
