I’ve been having my hair cut at TONI&GUY Chiswick for around 3 years now and can’t recommend it highly enough.

From calling to book your appointment to your time in-salon, the team are super friendly and make the extra effort to elevate the experience beyond just being another hair cut.

Tony is an amazing stylist and works with you to bring the look you envisaged into reality.

If you’re in the Chiswick area or, like me, if you’re coming from further afield in London, this is the salon you should be heading to for your next haircut.

As always, a brilliant cut and blow dry and a very therapeutic experience.

I have been coming to the salon for probably twenty years and this was the most difficult experience I've had. I had no confidence in the stylist - from the brusque hair-washing to the rapid cutting during which I repeatedly commented on how one side of my hair was shorter than the other. I love being at the hairdressers - it's where I relax and I usually drift away while the stylist does their stuff. This time I was concerned and anxious throughout. After the blow-dry it was obvious that one side was shorter and more heavily-layered than the other. I asked for someone else to take a look. At this point the stylist disappeared and a more senior stylist - he might have been the manager? - took over. He then gave me a great cut - except it's so much shorter than I had originally wanted as he needed to level up each side and sort the layers. I didn't want to upset or be angry with the first stylist but I had hoped for an actual apology and a discount - or something to make me feel valued as a loyal customer! Maybe next time?

Excellent hair cut

I was long overdue for a haircut and wanted a new style and was tempted to go 'shorter' than may have been wise. Tony talked me out of going too short and I'm very happy with my new cut.

I love my new hair colour - I have keep looking in the mirror to admire it. And it covers the grey.

Ermis is great. He is very patient, has a good eye for detail and effortlessly cuts my hair the way I want to. Thank you

Tony is a legend. Amazing customer experience. He just gets it. He is a top hairdresser and has the confidence to advise along with the extensive expertise and knowledge. Why go anywhere else. You can also see that he leads a well organised, relaxed (from a customer perspective) business and has great relationships with his team. A hard balance to keep whilst also delivering excellent results.

Home from home. I was made to feel so welcome although over an hour late for appointment. So very kind and accommodating- both Sylvia and Tony went out of their way to slot me in without any trouble, they were exceptionally lovely and soo professional. My hair cut is very different for me but they have made me feel so confident through their brilliance and I love the new look!!. Amazing team , highly recommend

Tony, you are amazing. I can trust my hair to you. You dont just ask "what do you want". You advise too. I feel safe in your hands! As a presenter I cant afford a bad hair day and for the last 3 years I havent had one. You get it right every single time!

I have been a loyal customer of the Chiswick Tony and Guy for over 30 years. Its lovely to see at least 2 of the staff from the previous Chiswick location are still there and thriving. I only wish the new management could of held on to more of the much talented staff they had.

Greta haircut - relaxing hour

I was really impressed with the way I was received in the shop right from the moment I entered there. Had a nice discussion with Sylvia and she suggested me the right hair style before proceeding with the hair cut. Had a really good time and was very much satisfied with the services provided. Would highly recommend it to my friends .

I don’t get my hair done very often but I trust Emis to give me an elegant cut that will last and evolve rather than look hideous after a month or two.

As always Ning cut my hair with meticulous attention to detail so it looks really good.
