Having been a loyal customer to Toni & Guy Westfield for around 4 years I had two fairly disappointing outcomes (when you have to wait two weeks and use you all forms of shampoo to lighten/deepen etc is not my idea of a good hair colour!)
Yesterday, giving T&G one final go and giving T&G their first go I met Anatasia. Having had a chat with her, been questioned by exactly what 'flat' was (as she rightly pointed out this is different to everyone), pulled up the full range of blondes on google - not just what the colour book gives, and started saying types of blondes I hadn't really considered I realised what a consultation should be. She talked me through the proces, options, realistic time frames etc and produced the most amazing blonde I've had in a year - my partner even commented it was much closer to the colour I was when we met. Great consultation, great stylist, great colour. I have booked my next appointment.
