Ok but atmosphere & salon not as good as in *****. Stylist seemed very capable & final result good but there was some unnecessary confusion, the appointment took a long time, the junior staff member that washed my hair didn’t seem really well trained & I felt the stylist tried to make out that I was fussy for no real reason. I’ve seen 2 other customers react strongly negatively - One was in tears - in this salon.
