I booked a last minute appointment on the website and chose by the time available rather than the stylist. Louis was very friendly and very honest - telling me what would and (more importantly) would not suit me. I appreciated his advice and am really pleased with the result.

It's the first time after 4 years I have been coming to the salon ( previously Essensuals) that the colour stylist didn't do the colour I wanted. I understand there could be reason (the light blonde I wanted was lighter than my current colour) but I have been asked to come back the day after because she "didn't feel comfortable" to do it in one go on Saturday afternoon. I asked to do what she could that day and the final colour was not bad but was almost as dark as my previous one. A bit disappointing cos it never happened to me before! I think she should have at least tried to do a lighter tone, if the very blonde one I chose was too much.

The salon has a great vibe and everyone there is super friendly and very professional. From the receptionist, the young guy washing hair and Louie the stylist made my experience one that I will enjoy again as they are now my preferred choice of salon. Rezza is the best men's stylist in London after trying many top brands and others within Toni and Guy I now couldn't possibly let anyone else cut my hair. His passion for each hair cut, thought and enthusiasm put in to achieve the best hair cut is incredible.
Most of all attention to detail and simply a perfectionism.

I always enjoy my appointments at Toni&Guy, Long Acre. The staff are welcoming and offer tea and coffee. George (Creative Director/Colour Specialist) is the best hairdresser I have ever had. He is sensitive and calm, and I am always delighted with my haircut. He's a real artist.

My colour and cut today 26 August

I made the mistake of accepting to have my roots done done by someone else (as Nick was out) colour not good - my roots are golden colour so l will have to have it done again... i found salon had hair on surfaces (it was 9.20am) so dont expect many customers before me. Music downstairs was so very loud but Louis came to the rescue as he noticed how loud it was. The lady who did my shampoo was amazing - great head massage.

I had a cut with Reza yesterday, eho is a very friendly and passionate hairdresser. I had a very relaxing wash by a lovely girl who made me feel very welcome at the salon. My hair was very well manicured and gave my look a whole new boost. Reza make me feel very comfortable in his hands and he knew exactly what he was doing. I highly recommend him as a hairdresser and the salon, due to its welcoming and warm environment.

The stylist was talented yet a bit unprofessional in her behaviour. She was shouting instead if talking and was more interested in having fun with her colleague than being focussed on her job.

I normally go to the Bedford Toni and guy. It they didn't have any last minute appointments so they sent me to long achre. The two male receptionists were lovely and cheerful. As was the girl who washed my hair. My hair was cut by Sam, who listened to exactly what I wanted and gave me advice on how he thought would suit me best. It was a great cut and I'm very pleased.

Very friendly and relaxed environment. Still a bit pricey for a cut but good quality.
