Good stylist, very confident. Asked me if I’d like a treatment for my hair since it was very dry and in need of conditioning. Said it would only take 5 minutes. I said yes and was stung for an e tea £22. Price was never mentioned and the ‘treatment’ was introduced so subtly that it never occurred to me that that would be the cost. This was not transparent service at all. So I won’t return. Shame cos otherwise the stylist was very good.
