New to salon but used toni and guy for 20+ yrs. i was a walk in and was booked in with a 15 min wait, a little strange that they did not want my details on booking and i had to offer my name and number. Wash was good but no head massage was offered and junior washed my head from the side so i got a lovely view if his armpit throughout. Once sat down Janet did a great cut. Will return.

On arrival, the receptionist would have fitted you in an appointment, but they should have advised to you that there was a 15 minute wait when booking you in. Sometimes, we wait for you to be seated and then give you a pad and pen to fill out your details. Again, the receptionist should have been more clear and I will take on this feedback, so in future any appointments with yourself and for our other clients will run smoothly.
We can apologise about the basins being to the side and the view you had, next time we will take you downstairs for a relaxing massage and hair wash.
