I only booked the day before and was fortunate as they had just a cancellation. The booking process was very easy and I received a text to confirm the booking. I had the pleasure of having Josie do my hair and she was polite, professional and carried out my instructions as requested. There was ample room and I didn't come within 2 meters of anyone but Josie. Will defo be back.

I just went in for a fridge trim today. But I’ve used the salon and Kate for over 3years. Kate is a fantastic hairdresser and her colouring skills are exceptional. I’ve had many a hair style over the years and I’ve always been very pleased with the outcome.

I always struggle with hair dressers (they’re worse than the dentists), but I really enjoyed my visit here. The bonus was I didn’t get home and look at my hair and cry. I actually really liked it. She listened to what I said and when I wanted a little bit took that off, rather than a the 5 inches most hairdressers do. The receptionist was also lovely and everyone was willing to answer any questions I had. Loved the honestly of the place when recommending styles or colours.

My usual hairdresser was unavailable. However Kate did an excellent job. I didn’t realise how much it needed doing!

All members of staff were lovely, very welcoming, all engaged in conversations. All stations were being sanitised after use, masks were being worn and clients were spaced out throughout the salon. I would highly recommend JAM HAIR to anyone

As always I go in feeling frumpy with dreadful roots and frazzled hair and come out feeling a million dollars. Lacey always does an absolutely Marvellous job is an amazing hairdresser and gets completely what I want. Can’t recommend her and Jam enough.
