My hair always looks great after Louise has cut it and has the patience to offer me a variety of blow drying styles. All the other staff are so welcoming especially Lacey

All staff are always friendly and professional and the standard of service and talent is excellent.

I arrived early as I needed to find somewhere to express milk before my appointment and the team were so welcoming and had no issue with my request. Julie was understanding of what i wanted done to my hair and took my opinion into account when making recommendations on what could be done to my hair. A wonderful experience, I highly recommend JAM hair

Went in feeling dull, came out feeling sparkly! Louise worked her magic again and gave me a wonderfully warm, deep, shiny mahogany colour for Christmas, along with a cut and blow-dry.

Just had my cut and colour done with Julie and as always I am so happy with the result. Its like she manages to take the image out of my head and make it happen and I always walk out with exactly what I want. I also have the bond fusion treatment and it has improved the condition of my hair massively. The whole experience at Jam is a fab one, everyone is so friendly and it's always a pleasure being there.

I booked a hair cut for my daughter as she had an agency audition the following day and wanted her hair looking nice. Our usual stylist wasn't available and so I booked Alaina.
Alaina was friendly, and my daughter thought she was fun, bubbly and enjoyed her whole experience at the salon. So much so, she now wants Alaina to do every hair cut!

So thanks for making her experience so welcoming as she never wants her hair cut but now can't wait until next time!

Louise and I have been working towards getting my hair into great condition as I’m growing it. She always listens carefully and makes sure she fully understands what I’m asking for. This is so important.

Jacqui has been cutting my hair for years and what I appreciate most is how she's advised me as my hair has slowly been receding/disappearing! She's gradually modified the cut to suit and the results have always looked good. In addition to that, the salon is a warm and friendly place - no surprise they're always busy.

Lacey and the team are always so friendly and look after me so well.

Had half head of highlights and cut today. The colour is lovely and Kate took time to put rollers in during my blow dry so I looked extra special. I got lots of comments on the colour and style.b

Kate always gives me a great cut and blow dry. She always seems to know what I want and what will look good. Always very friendly and efficient.
