I've been going to Julie for ages and she's always been fab. Friendly, warm, great memory, and amazing with my hair. I love the colours she uses for my highlights - bright but natural looking - and I never look like a badger so perfectly blended.
I love how she always manages to give me the cut I don't know how to ask for... perfect telepathy skills by Julie gave me a manageable look that works.
I walked in feeling like a sea-witch and left feeling 100% sun-kissed beach babe (if only I had the body to match the fab hair)! Always a very relaxing experience - magazines, a steady flow of tea, and an incredible head massage in a friendly, fun setting.

I’ve been a customer at Jam Hair for a few years, and I’ve always been very satisfied by their service. Being a man it’s tricky to find a salon where you don’t feel out of place. I’ve tried a few others and haven’t been as satisfied by the quality. The people at Jam Hair make you feel welcome from the moment you enter. Plus it’s reasonably priced. I definitely recommend going to Jam Hair!

Even though I’m a balding sixty-odd year old chap, I’m always made to feel special when I visit Jam Hair. The service is friendly and the quality is consistent, no matter who cuts my hair. A feelgood experience, always!

It took me a while to find this place but I love it now. Kate does a great job with my hair and I always look forward to having a chat. I went to one of the chains before and am not going back.

Went to JAM Hair to get my hair dyed for the first time. They did an amazing job with the red balayage! Julie also did a great job at styling my hair after it was dyed. Lovely people very welcoming and friendly. Made the experience enjoyable and reassuring.

I never have any complaints with this salon. Everyone is so happy and friendly and there is always a lovely welcome. My hair is always cut and styled well and Louise always goes that extra mile to make my hair extra special.

Kate and all the staff were great as always. Trainee washed my colour off and was being monitored by Abbey and I was impressed by both.

I was one of those people who always used to go to so many different salons and was never that happy.... but for years now I’ve been going back again and again to JAM Hair and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair since!

I arrived at the salon where I was met by Julie I was meant to have wash and blow dry but my hair really needed a trim so she didn’t have enough time so we compromised by Julie cutting it and giving it a rough blow dry and it was just perfect I also had bad news half hour before going to the salon and had a moment of tears where Julie was so supportive and understanding she is an amazing person and I would highly recommend her to anyone
