Today was my first visit and I cannot express loudly enough how great my experience was. Starting with my phone call with Sharon to book an appointment. She was so polite, friendly and explained everything to me from stylist and prices & even where I could park! I was lucky I managed to get an appointment the same day and I meet Josie, whom in my opinion was amazing. It was for a cut and finish, she gave me a thorough consultation regards my haircut options, colour & maintenance & styling going forward. I felt very comfortable & didn't feel rushed. A great salon with a warm friendly atmosphere. I'm so thrilled I found Jam Hair & I will return.

Absolutely fabulous. As always, listens to what I’d like then delivers with grace and elegance. A joy to have her.

Have searched long and hard to find a quality local hairdressers. Jam Hair came out tops. Wanted colour and haircut. As a new customer I was asked to drop in for a test and consultation. Great. I then booked in and asked for a top hair cutter which I got. She listened to what I wanted and gave me a great cut. The highlights she chose were challenging for me as they were different from what I was used to. My hair texture was difficult to manage - it became frizzy and dull. However the cut was great and easy to style on my own My second visit was somewhat different. My first hairdresser was unavailable for my time slot and I was offered another lady for my t section and hair cut. Not sure if my communication on what I wanted was not clear but came out feeling like my hair was flat and uninspiring but the colour was well matched

My hair was an out of control curly frizzy mess. I was excited to have this treatment once completed i was shocked, I am so pleased I never thought I could have hair that felt and looked so fantastic, soft smooth and totally controllable to style touch and even looks great when I wake up in the morning. Jolene and her colleagues made the whole experience perfect.

So happy with my balayage, Amy did such a lovely job! She did exactly what I asked for, highly recommend! :)

Louise has been cutting my hair for several years and always does it very well. The staff are always friendly, welcoming, polite and helpful and the salon is warm, clean and tidy. Their timing is excellent as well- I never have to wait.

Katy B always goes above and beyond for me, she knows exactly what I want and how to achieve it. He cut and colour skills are exceptional and I couldn’t recommend her highly enough. I tried so many hair salons and fell across this one just before my wedding day when my previous salon let me down and I have not looked back since !

I have been going a while now. Always a pleasant experience. The ladies are all lovey and the new coffee machine is fab??

I permanently changed hairdressers to Jam because the staff and stylists are talented, professional and wonderfully welcoming. My partner has now moved over the Jam too. I'd say you can feel confident of being looked after and walking away with the cut you went in for.

I've used Jam for a decade now, best around by far.

Had Josie for colour and one of the Katies (tall red hair) for cut. Both excellent. But The young lady (blonde hair)who washed my hair was very thorough and made sure the back of my neck and behind ears was dry !!

I have used JamHair almost since the day the salon opened. That says it all. Consistently excellent.

Short hair can be difficult for some. Louise listened to me and took time to understand my hair. I'm so happy I've finally found my new hairdresser
