Was happy with overall experience though I think service is overpriced.For the price I paid, expected a lot more and high quality service.
A lot of smaller salons are better in terms of service and much cheaper.

I had a lovely morning at Jam Hair with Josie working on my greying locks. It was such a relaxed and chilled out time, with a cup of tea and biscuit and a magazine to read. Josie is so knowledgeable and has really helped as I try to take my hair back to its natural colour. Looking forward to my next appointment in December!

Had a wet cut & blow dry with Josie this week and can only highly recommend the whole experience. Third visit to Jam and I plucked up courage to go back to pre-pandemic bob. Delighted with result, feel like me again.

I hadn't dyed my hair for 25 years and thought I'd give it a go again. Extremely pleased with my copper lowlights. Katie did a fantastic job, the colour looks even throughout.

Josie was a very helpful and friendly stylist. I would highly recommend her as she went above and beyond to achieve the style I wanted.

I am a first time client. Was lucky enough to get a immediate appointment with Lacey because of a cancellation. All the girls in the salon are polite and friendly. The young lady who washed my hair gave a relaxing head massage. Lacey discussed and listened to my requirements and as a result I am very pleased with my new hair cut. Will be going there again.

Excellent cut and blow dry styled with “beachy waves” by Katy B today. Always attentive and you walk out feeling a “million dollars”.

This was my first trip to another salon outside of my usual ( which I can no longer visit) and I was delighted with the results. Kate was very thorough taking time to understand what I wanted and my lifestyle.

I had half head highlights and cut / blow-dry. The highlights turned put very well especially considering these were a blend with another stylists work.

I will definitely be returning.

Katy B was amazing! I went in with box dyed, washed out, warm coppery brown dull hair! I wanted to go blonde but thought it would take a few goes to make it happen. Katy exceeded all my expectations and done such an amazing job, I now have a beautiful full head of light ash blonde highlights and I couldn’t be any happier. Magic!

I would highly recommend Louise as she cut my hair beautifully . Attention to detail and wanting to know exactly what I expect resulted in a great finish . Very happy

It’s always daunting trying a new hairdresser but from the start I felt comfortable and at ease. Lacey came across confident and this made me feel I was going to be happy with my hair. Absolutely loved the end result, new vibrant colour and restyle.

Much needed, and after a review with Louise, had a great restyled and shorter hair cut. Very pleased and happy with my hair. A great salon, great experienced staff, happy and friendly atmosphere. Well worth a visit, you will not be disappointed.

Did a Brazialian blow dry to tame the frizz.. Absolute waste of money.. my hair is frizzy as ever

Kate is fantastic. She makes the best hair styles. It is not only affordable but also is amazing. The hair cut salon uses a dcellent hair products , immaculate massages , and also the appointments start on time . From the heart I give many thanks . I highly recommend it!
