Hi this review is about the young girl who washed my hair today. Her nails are quite long and she scratched my neck a few times. She didn’t ask if the water was ok until she’d put shampoo on the hair. Twice she’s forgotten the Bond Pro conditioning step and had to be reminded. I don’t like to complain but how else will she learn otherwise.
Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I will be doing some refresh training with our assistants.
