I am very disappointed after my treatment today. The last few times I have been to the salon I have felt that way. I started colouring my hair myself as I was getting better results than in the salon. I had cut my hair myself but needed it tidied so changed stylist and came to Katy. The cut was great and she evened it all up so no complaints there. I wasn't impressed with the finish I was given, my hair was dried but it looked limp and lifeless, flat to my head. I came home and had to style it myself to see if I liked it. There is no way I could've gone out with it as it was. I was called before my appointment to see if I could come in early as her other clients colour was due off in the middle if my treatment so I suspect it was rushed due to this.
The increased prices do not reflect the results I have experienced recently. The last time I felt I had got what I wanted was when Julie did it. Sadly I just feel there have been too many time s I've been left disappointed to return to the salon.
