As an anxious client, during my consultantion with Louise she listened to my concerns and expections regarding my colour correction. Louise provided an honest and realistic goal plan to achieve the end results. Every step during my visit was explained as it happened, even down to the products used on my hair. I've been back for a second time and will continue to do so. The staff are friendly and professional. I would highly recommend JAM hair.
