I was granted a late appointment with Karen and she did a fabulous job as per usual. She really is a star.

I attended Karen's for a late appointment and was graciously accommodated. Her service was excellent and she created a new look for me in no time. I highly recommend her.

The staff is lovely and very helpful.
Calm clean space where you can relax and enjoy the services.

Timing is everything and Karen never rushes., listen carefully and provide a person centred service.. very satisfied with my new look 😍

Didn’t have to wait long. Background music was pleasant Karen creates a professional, yet relaxed atmosphere. I also loved my hair cut. A very happy customer.

Karen Wright is a professional hairdressers. The salon is clean, tidy and beautifully laid out.
Stephanie, the receptionist is welcoming. She was patient showing me the app and all the features.
Karen took her time from start to finish. She too asked me questions about the history of my hair, gave advice and the results showed at the end. Karen is a ‘professional hairdresser’ she knows her stuff and my hair is still looking great! Although a little pricey than I’m used to it was definitely worth it! I will be going back

Service is A1, result is A1. My hair always turns out exactly the way i expect. The lady Karen also answers questions i have about my hair and advices on what to do. They really know what they’re about. I’m glad i found this place. Here to stay!

Went with my two girls, they both had a haircut/trimming. It was well done and the service was professional. They were both happy. The salon is clean.

I’ve been to enough bad salons to the point where I expect a negative experience yet we go because we’re desperate but Karen’s salon is a hidden gem. She is very professional and very much worth her ££. I’ve never been treated so well in a salon before so I won’t hesitate to go again.

I had a great time. It is a long treatment but such a pleasant place. I was kept hydrated and loved leafing through the inspirational materials next to the treatment area table. It’s a peaceful and professional atmosphere.

Karen Wright, herself did my hair. As the times were coming close to the end of the working day, Karen made the effort to take me on as her last client of the day. Karen made me feel relaxed whilst handling my hair through a wash and condition. I was offered a hot drink after this. Had lovely conversation throughout the trim and style.

Separately Ms Karen Wright was able to advise me on the opening of my Dance Studio in the local town.

I had a great hair appointment today. I came for a full sew in weave. The consultation was good we talked about what style I was looking for and Karen has a gentle hand for braiding. She was also very accommodating when I had to take a couple of emergency calls. I am so pleased with the finished product. I highly recommend. Also super easy to book on the app. Accurate estimate of how long the appointment will take which is a game changer for our styling. Thank you

Really happy to have found Karen’s salon. It’s not far from home (my usual salon was over an hours drive) I’m in the chair at my appointment time, never longer than a couple of hours (really important for me) and Karen will always try entertain my ever changing hair ideas, each time.
