I had a really great appointment with Brooke yesterday after booking fairly last minute. She was great and really understood what I wanted from the haircut and gave me recommendations to keep my hair in a good condition. Will be coming back!

Best pixie cut again. Went there showed what I wanted and got exactly that. I’ve hot a pixie cut for 10 years now and it is always difficult to find a good pixie cut. Thanks to Lucy and the team and the salon I will be returning.

I am not very regular with my haircuts but I had previously gone to Lucy and been very happy with my haircuts. This time she was booked out so I had Bree and she was did a great job. Both Lucy and Bree are excellent.

I have been having my hair cut by AJ for years and used this salon for longer. It’s a friendly place and AJ is a fantastic stylist.

I had my hair cut and a conditioning treatment and finish with Lucy. She did wonders and I was very happy with the result. It’s a lovely atmosphere and I felt very well looked after by the friendly staff.

I showed her a picture and explained to her what I wanted, but she did nothing like the pictures. On that day, she blow-dried my hair, which is why I didn't see what she did. After washing my hair, I was shocked that she did nothing but trim my hair. I paid £80 for nothing.

I came to this Salon to have an entire change of hair style as the Covid Legislation relaxed, and I have been coming back ever since. Lucy is a wizard and she is incredibly welcoming and professional throughout.

I've been coming to Toni and Guy, Croydon since 1993. I have always had exceptional service and welcome. Attended on 17.08.23 and Charlie and AJ were fantastic as always great colour abd amazing cut.

Charlie was exceptional, she was patient and her attention to detail made the whole experience memorable.

Very professional job done with my colour change. There were two people working on my hair, stripping the old colour off and applying new shade afterwards. They were absolutely charming- as we’re all the staff there.

Been coming here for a while now. And I get my trim from AJ, who has mastered that balance between professional and personable service. Her skill has been so honed that she genuinely makes an intricate job seem effortless. I haven't had a trim from any other member of staff here, but from glances, they certainly seem to be following in AJ's footsteps.

My hair looks & feels great after my visit to Croydon salon , all the staff were welcoming & lovely & im very happy with this salon & will be back in the future.

Senior Technician didn’t have much experience with 3B curly hair so left the salon with a short puff ball. Told her to not diffuse but she insisted. Tied my hair up as soon as I left the salon and had to rewash when I got home.

I have been using this salon over 7 years (travelling by train!!). Anastasia does my hair ever since. She totally understands the needs of my frizzy hair. I’m so comfortable leaving her to do both colouring and cut. All staff and the owner are so welcoming and friendly.
