I had my hair colour done by Steven on Sunday and I am very happy ! I will be telling all my friends and family to go there ! You won’t be let down !

Very happy with my hair cut as always :)

I came to the salon Tuesday for a blowdry and was booked in with the one of the directors. I didn’t have an appointment on arrival but I got seen straight away got felt very welcome. I had a treatment that my stylist recommended me and my hair felt great as it was very dry. The blowdry was very smooth with a bounce just what I asked for! I will be returning when I’m back in the uk

My son Billy had a his hair cut by Danielle today. She always makes Billy feel very welcome and at ease. He enjoys having his haircut at Toni and Guy Croydon and is always very happy with the result.

I had my hair blow dried in the salon last week and it was the best blowdry . In the past I have had blowdrys done and they last 2 minuets ! This one lasted me till the next evening which was great as I had my birthday the night of my appointment and a work do the next night ! Result ! Thanks again

I came to the salon on Saturday and it was the best experience I have ever received at a Toni and Guy hair salon. Everyone was very friendly. I wasn’t too sure on the colour I wanted to go for and Steven really took his time to go through different options for me to make my decision ! I will be returning in the future

I was satisfied with the service I was offered and staff were lovely nice atmosphere.

I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else to get my hair cut and coloured. The standard is extremely high and although a full head of highlights and a cut and blow dry set me back quite a few pounds it is worth every penny. The cut and colour are exactly what I wanted. Many thanks to Danielle and Kerryann for giving me exactly what I asked for ?

I've been coming here for the past 10 years. The style director ***** was incredibly rude, misdleading and patronising. So disappointed- will not be going to the Croydon branch again.

Had my haircut today by Gemma. Was great, she cut my hair exactly how i asked for it. Really pleased. Atmosphere was nice and calm and didnt feel there was a rush on despite it being a saturday.

I had my hair washed by a girl called Lucy. she was very friendly and full of knowledge. i asked her many questions about the olaplex treatment and she full answered every query i had. I went ahead with the treatment that Lucy recommend me and took home the after care olaplex to use at home. thanks Lucy

I had my full head of highlights done with chloe and i got exactly what i asked for. I have been to Toni and Guy salons in the past and have always satisfied but this time took me by shock and i was over happy! Normally every colourist i have do a toner on my hair and chloe explained to me what a toner was used and that she believed that i did not need to pay for a toner for what colour choice i was looking for. very honest colourist! see you in 6 weeks :)

I had my colour done with Stephen a few days back as I followed him from Crawley. I loved every minute of my service in the salon. It was a very busy evening and every accommodated me to the best standard. My colour of course was amazing!

I got my colour done by chloe for the 2nd time in Croydon! every time she does my colour I love it! I am very happy! Aj done my hair cut again also for the 2nd time and its great and feels much better condition

I came to this salon on Wednesday after much thought as the weather was horrific but I was in desperate need of a root touch up before the weekend. My colourist Chloe ensured I was warm throughout the whole service providing teas and also a dyson heater. It was fantastic. I would highly recommend this salon in ALL weather conditions. amazing service thankyou again xxx

I had my hair done when the weather was very bad with snow! The salon was great as they had Caution WET FLOOR signs out throughout the salon to make sure clients would not slip over! I have not experienced this in 30 years of going to a Toni and Guy salon! well done Croydon :)

It was my first time visiting this salon and I would highly recommend it!! it was snowing outside and the team couldn't have been more kind and helpful.. They made sure when I was getting my hair shampooed I had a warm towel round my back and front and placed on my head after the shampoo to take me back through to my section where I was having my hair cut done! I had 2 lovely hot chocolates and they were better then Neros!!!

I only get my hair done at tony and guy croydon, I won’t go anywhere else. Service is always amazing. Today I was served by Gemma and I had a lovely experience. She was patient attentive chatty but not too much just the right amount. She easily made we feel comfortable and listened to exactly what I wanted she recommend products that would help achieve what I wanted without being pushy or making me feel pressured to buy (I did buy them of corse they were great products) she also explained the best way to use them. Fantastic service.

Missed Chloe- her colleague did a great job. Sadly next visit will be my last to the salon as we are moving to NW London- but will definitely seek out a Toni and Guy salon there.

I have always been worried about trips to the hairdressers because of bad previous experiences. I visited the salon for the first time on Monday & my stylist was excellent. A thorough consultation & haircut that suits me perfectly. She also recommended me to have a conditioning treatment on my hair, it feels amazing. Thank you!! I will defiantly be back

This is my second visit to the salon and I wouldn't go any where else! As soon as you walk through the door at Croydon you feel looked after and everyone is always very happy and the salon is bubbling!
I have very difficult hair to deal with and both stylist I have had in the past have been brilliant! You cant forget the coffee and hot chocolate you get in the salon.. its to die for :)

I had my highlights done today with Stephen ! all I can say is what a lovely man. He is very charming and kind. The result of my highlights were the best as they were very near to my roots where as in other salons in the past I leave with a regrowth.

bed blowdry I have has. chloe really took her time smoothing my hair as its very frizzy and dry. I has a loreal treatment that she recommended me and the result is great

My fourteen year old had his hair cut yesterday. He usually has Danielle who always does a lovely job but today he had his hair cut by Gemma instead. He was also very happy with it! She was very friendly and attentive and he enjoyed his experience at Toni and Guy.
