I had a total restyle. Lucy was amazing. Efficient and experienced. Able to advise me and improvise on my style. My hair is very thick and not easy to cut and she worked wonders. Very happy with experience.

I've had a very nice Bob haircut at the Training Salon. The student was very particular about giving me a good precise cut which she achieved. The Tutor worked hard to relay particular teaching points to achieve the best results for the client.

Very happy. Walked in looking like a scarecrow and came out looking a billion bucks.

I did a booboo with my hair ( on my own at home, in a rush) right before the holiday - too dark - but I was very lucky that Lucy and her colleagues could fit me in at an extremely short notice and fixed my hair . Very happy with the results - rescued my hair and absolutely no damage from the intense work on it.

Went to Toni&Guy Croydon last Friday morning to change my hair. The girl that was my consultant (so sorry I don’t remember her name, and I really want too) was amazing. So sweet and caring. She understood what I wanted and made me look so pretty. Thank you so much to make my day and helped me to get my confidence back!!

Customer service at Wimbledon saloon is amazing

I had the Keratin treatment today and am very happy with it. The new treatment is odourless and is was applied easily. I had a lovely time chatting with Lucy who did my treatment and all the staff who are very friendly and professional.

Jiyoung was fantastic . She sculpted a beautiful short cut from my curly and wild hair. And, because beauty is in the details, she was able to sculpt the sideburns as well.

Always pleasure going in to the salon in Clapham junction. All staff pleasant. My hair dresser/colourist, Anastasia is wonderful. She understands my hair type so well and advise me accordingly. I can just leave my hair in her capable hands.

I’ve worn extensions non stop for a year and it seriously damaged the condition of my hair and the length. It was a big deal for me to finally get rid of the comfort blanket lol. I had my hair cut today by Lucy and it’s the shortest it’s ever been but, the BEST haircut of my life. My hair looks healthy and full again. Lucy cut my hair wet and curly and it’s soo evenly cut dead straight too. I had the most tragic bangs before I don’t think I will ever get rid of them now. She’s so sweet and talented. I felt comfortable the whole time and she seriously transformed my hair. Thank you so much. 12/10

Luca did a great cut and dry and also gave me some very good advice to improve the condition of my dry locks. Highly recommend him.
Also the most amazing hair wash with a very restful and much needed massage from Luca’s colleague. Good team.

I had a lovely time at Toni and Guy in Croydon yesterday. Lucy coloured, cut and styled my hair with a very expert blow dry. My son also had his hair cut by Lucy and was really happy with the result. The whole team are very friendly and professional and the atmosphere is lovely!

It was my first time getting a cut and blow dry at Tony & Guy. Everyone was super friendly (the whole salon had a good atmosphere) and went over and beyond so I could get the most out of the experience. I didn’t just leave with a great haircut but also lots of tips and tricks on how to style it, and general hair care. Will definitely be back for my next haircut!

Lucy always does an excellent job with my hair, which is not the most manageable. You can rely on a superb cut too.

Balayage and hair cut done by Jimmy and he did an amazing job. This was first time doing a balayage and he explained the whole process and what would suit my hair and I loved it. Salon is extremely welcoming, it was a great experience.

I just visited TONI&GUY Croydon for the first time and had a wonderful experience! My hairdresser Lucy was fantastic to work with, and gave me one of the best haircuts I've ever had: an ultra blunt bob. She took the time to ensure the cut was perfect. Extremely clean environment with sanitizer available, masks worn, and disinfecting of various surfaces visibly taking place during my appointment. I will definitely be coming back, and highly recommend this salon and its team. Thank you, Lucy!
