Today I visited my favourite saloon of many years for a cut by Danielle this saloon under the stewardship of Steven and Cleo has evolved and is of the highest professional standard Danielle is a great stylist and my hair style cut is always great all staff accommodating and I would highly recommend saloon

Danielle is an absolute star who puts you right at ease and cuts like an angel.

I normally go to your Wimbledon branch and find that I am generally happy with the service. On the 8th Wimbledon didn’t have availability for me to get my hair styled. I was attending a wedding and wanted to get a single plait sweeping around the back of my head. When I booked I called into the Croydon branch to ensure I described what I wanted. I was told it would be £28 for a fashion fix. However when I went in I showed the stylist the image of what I wanted, she said that it wasn’t a plait it was a twist. I said I bought some hair pieces if she felt my hair wasn’t thick enough I could put the clip ons in to make the plait look thicker. At she said it would cost me more to have the clip on hair. She said it was £58 to have clip on hair and if I was ok with this. At this stage I have no choice but to say yes as I had a wedding to get to and was the reason I booked a fashion fix and as she was already running late due to taking longer on the last client I had no time to go home a fix it myself. She started add the the clip ins then spent about 20mins do a plait (or a twist). She then filled my hair with hair pins (which is she had just down the lose plait which I wanted I wouldn’t have needed a dozen pins to hold it in). I had booked in for 12.20 I didn’t get out of there until after 1.15pm. That’s almost one hour for a twist that looked noting like a twist or a plait.. it ended up looking like a single rolled up piece of hair at the back of my head. It was messy and didn’t look professionally done at all.. and it cost me £58? Never again!!

Gemma did such a good job on my hair it looks amazing! She made me feel so comfortable and talked through each step with me, 100% would recommend!

Excellent service, very friendly always happy with my hair

I went in for colour cut and blow dry with olaplax treatment. Chloe was great and discussed exactly what I wanted from the colour. I am happy with my hair cut with Gemma and hopefully this can be my regular salon. It’s definitely the best hair salon in Croydon in terms of ambience and staff.

Absolutely fantastic

Love going to Toni & Guy in Croydon, Lucy in particular is an amazing stylist, she got my hair from being extremely brittle and damage to having more life and being healthy. She always super bubbly and has a great personality, making it a great experience everytime I come in to the salon.

I was really pleased with how Gemma did my hair and she put me at ease too.

I had great experience with Gemma. First time, about two months ago, it was absolutely perfect! Second time, I found myself haircut I wanted and Gemma tried very hard to do so. And I left happy, but I came back for small fix as I had time to check the haircut in front of mirror with my boyfriend.
So I went back and Gemma fixed it after discussion, as we both saw it probably little differently. She was very kind and fixed it to great haircut.
I will definitely book myself again.

I’ve been going to Toni & Guy in Croydon for years and they are brilliant. Lovely, friendly staff and great colour and cuts. I often get compliments on how good my hair looks. They work with you to achieve the style you want. I sometimes take my mum, who has Alzheimer’s, and they are wonderful with her so she loves going there and being pampered. Can’t recommend highly enough.

I love coming to Croydon Toni & Guy. Stephen is great at choosing the right colour for my hair. Lucy cut my hair tonight. She has great attention to detail and I love what she did with my hair !

Danielle is a really gifted hairdresser. Despite having very fine hair, she makes its look great. She’s brilliant. The team at the salon are always warm and welcoming.

Today was such a treat at Toni and Guy Croydon! Such lovely people and a wonderful family atmosphere!
I had the nano Keratin treatment for the first time today which has reinvented the condition of my hair. As always Chloe and Danielle worked their magic with my colour and cut and I’m very happy with the overall result. My thanks to everyone there who made it a lovely day!

Really happy with my first visit at Toni&Guy Croydon. Everyone was really accommodating & couldn’t do enough for me. Both Lucy & Chloe we’re very polite & professional. I will definitely be back for another visit.

I’m always sceptical To go to the hairdressers because 9 times out of 10 I walk away unhappy however this time Lucy (stylist) took time to talk to me about what I wanted and I came away so happy as she took so much care and precision. Nothing was a problem for her and I’m fussy!

This was my first proper haircut since I was a child, I was quite nervous at what my hair would look like at the end of it. However, Alex made me feel completely comfortable and gave me a haircut that I definitely needed and am happy with. Will definitely come here again for my next cut! Thank you!

I have been going to Tony and Guy Croydon for the last year and a half and can't recommend it enough. From my first visit on the off chance they had an appointment for that day (they accommodated me very well) to every subsequent appointment they have all been professional, friendly and easy to speak to. They always seem able to find an appointment for me, send helpful reminders for the appointments and never fuss if I have to rebook.

Danielle, the stylist I see everytime, deserves a lot of accolade here. She always knows just how to cut my hair to keep it easy to manage but enough of a style to feel that new haircut fabulous. I truly can't sing her praises enough.

I had balayage and a cut today at Toni and guy and I’m so happy with it! Stephen and Gemma listened to me and gave me exactly what I wanted! They were both so lovely to me throughout and I would highly recommend them to other people :)

I have been going to Toni & Guy in Croydon for more years than I can remember. Reason being each visit I find everyone to be warm, professional, and friendly.
Can highly recommend.
Appreciate also it’s good to know what products go into my hair, however it’s a shame with it I find there is now a heavy emphasis on trying to sell them to me which is the only part I don’t enjoy.

Very good service ,very good hair cut

I was served by Danielle today who was extremely knowledgeable in hair care and ensuring I had the right hair style for my curly hair. She was professional very thorough and an extremely lovely person to have do your hair! Will be back again for sure :-)

Today I had a colour consultation with Chloe and a consultation with Danielle about my cut. I’m always in good hands with them and very happy with the results.

Nice hair cut but terrible blow dry. Think the stylist did not bother with that part of the experience. Shame
