Highly recommend anyone go to her.
A little pricier thanbid normally pay but definitely worth it :)

Dreading a new experience and putting my broken faith in the hands of a new hairdresser has been stressful. Had very poor experiences in the past, at various salons, and this was my first time at Toni&Guy. I met Gemma and she was amazing! She was friendly, focused and professional, understood exactly what I was looking for and she took her time to deliver it. I left a very happy customer.

AJ is a brilliant hair stylist. I’m so pleased with the cut and the service I received. Thank you ????????

My fifteen year old son, Billy, had his hair cut by Danielle today. He always enjoys chatting to her and she gave him a great haircut.

Excellent service as always :) Danielle always looks after me and everytime nails it with my haircut!

I’ve been seeing Gemma for a little while now and I can honestly say that I’m never less than 100% satisfied every time I do. Not only is she genuinely friendly and funny, she is incredibly talented and works hard to give me exactly what I want. In fact, she usually manages to give me something a little better than what I’d originally imagined...!

The rest of the staff are similarly professional and approachable and the salon in general is always a nice atmosphere in which to treat myself.

As always a relaxing atmosphere and great service . Hair cut as I want it.

Having lived through the dark wet cold 73 days of January I emerged from my home ready for the year. First stop AJ . Arrived looking like Boris Johnson’s fat stunt double ... AJ hosed me down ( I was filthy) and went to work with the snips. I left a new man. I was mistaken for a young Brad Pitt on three separate occasions on the way home ... I think

I had a whole new look today and was incredibly happy with the advice and expertise that helped me to achieve it!

As always Gemma did a brilliant job

Gemma met me and discussed exactly what I wanted. Lia then washed my hair paying particular attention to not getting my top wet. Gemma then took time and effort to give me the style. Definitely be returning and having Gemma again!

Had a good morning with Tammy at Croydon branch. Made the experience very warning as our usual stylist was away on annual leave Gemma. So thank you Tammy again.

Had relaxer put in my hair, but it didn’t straighten my hair. Salon and in particular the manager were excellent, and redid it for free.
Hair cut was great, salon was lovely, everyone is friendly and accommodating.
Don’t recommend then relaxer so much though!

I love having my hair cut and coloured at Toni and Guy Croydon! Even though it’s busy on a Saturday the staff are very friendly and attentive and the whole experience is very enjoyable. Choe coloured my hair beautifully and Danielle cut my hair beautifully too. I came out with lovely silky hair after the conditioning treatment too and was very happy with the over all results of their expertise!

I love coming to the Croydon Toni & Guy as I'm always made to feel welcome and nothing is too much trouble. My colour is always exactly as I'd hoped for and my hair cut is always perfect. I trust the colourists and hairdressers implicitly. It's always a pleasure coming here.

Friendly staff from the moment I walked in, anticipating what I might need and a great consultation and cut from Adrienne. A full experience e, not just a hair cut. Adrienne’s cuts hold for ages, not just as you walk out the door.

Very pleased. Danielle is an excellent stylist and remains focused on what she is doing for the entire appointment. Equally important, she has a friendly but professional manner.
