I've had haircuts done at T&G Croydon previously with Danielle and they were brilliant. Unfortunately, this time the entire experience and the haircut was appalling (it was done by ***** this time). She wasn't polite (was quite rude in fact), did not make an effort to understand what I wanted done and did an extremely shoddy job. She also attended to other customers in the middle of the haircutting session and hence did not pay attention to getting it right.
It is quite a shame, I'll need to get the haircut 'mended' somewhere else soon as it currently looks so much worse that it did before I got the haircut done.
