Lucy always practically reads my mind in terms of what I want. When having my colour redone, it can always be challenging as I have dark Indian hair & request it to be lifted to the ashiest blonde/grey, Lucy always does her best and goes the extra mile for me to achieve the best results. When cutting she’s always precise and ensures I’m comfortable with how much she’ll be taking off. Always honest about prices and lovely to have a conversation with. I feel like she deserves some time off for her birthday.
