TONI&GUY Ealing

I’ve been to Tong and Guy Ealing branch yesterday. I cut my long hair for the Little Princess Trust and did a style to my short hair. “Lola”, was ever so patient listening to me and I had full trust that she will do a superb transformation. Indeed she had lot of confidence and knowledge and I was really pleased with the end product.
I’m so much pleased with their excellent service and will surely go to them for my next cut.

Great hair cut by Lola. Salon was spotless and cleaning was going on throughout my time in the salon. All staff were wearing aprons, visors and masks. Clients all given their own PPE kit. So I felt really safe and got the same great cut and service as I did before the Covid outbreak.

Lauren helped me on my hair journey from jet black to platinum blonde. Thank you to Dominique as well for helping me in the beginning stages of my hair when my hair was naturally black. I seriously went from black, to yellow blonde, to ginger roots, to ashy blonde, and now finally, platinum. Because of these two angels, my hair is finally my dream, and also my mum’s worst nightmare ;)

Second time I’ve been into Toni & Guy since salons reopened. Great cut (as usual) by Sinead & fab hair wash and massage by a young man whose name I didn’t catch unfortunately! Felt very Covid safe with the measures Toni & Guy have put in place. Very happy customer!

Good to have Sinead cut my hair again. A good cut as usual. All went well with plenty of precautions due to Ovid 19. If only there could be a way without so much plastic waste which is so bad for the environment.

Dennis has been my hairdresser for more than 10 years and he‘ s truly wonderful hair stylist., he does listen to what you want and in addition offers a good advice. Definitely one of vest stylists in London..Cleaning measures are great considering COVID.

Lola never fails to make something magical, delightful, and -- dare I say? -- chic from my boring straight bob! Always a pleasure, despite the heinous lockdown rules.

I love this salon - Lola always does a fantastic job of my hair and I'm so pleased with the results. Dominique does a great job of the colouring too. The salon is always spotless and the staff are friendly. A great, local salon which I would highly recommend.

I think Frol is very good and professional, the haircut I had done I like it. I felt safe and the atmosphere was positive. I am sorry for the team to have to wear masks all time,it must be stressful. I paid 67 pounds, I remember last time I went was 44 pounds in October 2019 @ Essensuals that sadly is closed. I think the high price is due to the hard work and the loss of business the saloon is going through, at first I thought was really dear even if I did not speak a word, now I think as I had a great customer service from Frol I am happy with it. But as I am just a full-time mum I couldn't come to the saloon very often but I will be back. Take care. Emanuela

I had a great service today. Amanda advised me the perfect hair colour for me. Goes perfectly with my skin tone. On top of that Lola did the finishing touches by styling it just the way I like it. Also she advised me protein spray to protect my hair.

As usual, service was great and I'm really pleased with my cut.
I was very pleased to see that all clients are provided with their own face mask, gown and towels. I felt as safe as could be in the current climate.

All good and both the lady on reception and Dominique were lovely.

Just had my hair cut by Frol after months. He did such a super job, as usual, and made me feel like myself again. Great hygiene methods being followed so I didn’t feel worried at all.

I liked having my haircut done here as it had a nice friendly environment, the stylist riccardo was helpful with hair advice and cut my hair really well. I was pleased with the finished result.

She is really nice, professional, patient and she care too much about what client want.

I felt so safe with the new measures in place. They have gone above and beyond at making their customers and staff safe whilst still feeling pampered.

I enjoyed the style of my hair that was done by Frol ,but if he wore a face mask I would feel safer ,because the stylist can not keep the distance when cutting and having a shield only can not keep you safe enough.
