Amazing costumer service, I was very happy with how my hair turned out will be coming back

I’ve been getting my hair done for 20 years. I have finally found the right salon. It takes me 2 hours to get there but it was worth it. Baran has magic in his hands and made my hair look amazing. I love my new hair colour. Aba is very welcoming and goes out of her way to make the clients feel comfortable and happy.

Bruna is amazing!!! she did my hair exactly how i wanted it and my hair’s never looked so good. and the service was really good i was very happy. i will be making this my regular salon now

Had a full colour and restyle,i was made to feel comfortable from the moment i walked in the door and after not having my hair done for so long due to covid and being vulnerable it was what i needed,, Samuele did the most amazing job on my hair I left feeling amazing with great looking and feeling hair, already booked my next appointment

Not only was my hair treatment amazing but the people that worked there was 10 times more amazing.. such a lovely hospitality and kind hearted people overall experience was amazing.. loved the result of my hair and the way I was treated. Thank you so much BK I’m definitely coming back soon xx

I had my hair colour and Indian oil treatment done.
Lutfiy did her job very brilliantly. She asked me at every step, How I want and she did exact.
Sherry finished it off..she is very kind and caring person. such a sweet lady she is.
I'm very happy.

I went in wanting to achieve a blond hair on a mixed race hair which is tricky.l without damage!!.. but he smashed it my hair is beautiful!! I’m in love every time I walk past a mirror. He knows what he is doing and supper friendly. I felt more than comfortable

Loverly customer service, I came into the salon was greeted and served didn’t wait. I came in for a treatment wasn’t sure what kind I needed as my hair was super damaged due to swimming everyday whilst on holiday.
Aba and Eddie suggested what kind of treatment I needed had a cut, and. A root colour done as well.
Also what I appreciated was that my sister and I both came in even doh she wasn’t the one with the appointment and they managed to give my sis an last minute appointment which was super lovely (thanks).
Both of us walked out super happy and feeling pretty and healthy looking hair thanks to the team of BK.
Also lovely latte made by the lovely Nur thanks for looking after us. Definitely would recommend their service and I hooked and would coming back again.

Rania was incredible. She asked me throughout the process if I was happy with everything and if I wanted to change anything. She really took the time to listen to my likes and dislikes. She even intuitively did my makeup to suit my face which was great. She is lovely and I enjoyed my bridal session with her. Thank you Rania! X

The costumer service was excellent. Nice and welcoming atmosphere and a very professional service and the result was amazing. Samuel really made me feel brand new. Will definitely be back in the future also the lady who did my eyebrows was lovely and also very professional she gave me options for my eyebrows that nowhere else I've been before has given me. Very luxury experience, felt like I was being pampered, hair feels so amazing and soft and healthy. Hairdressers were very nice and kind. They’re very skilled in all hair types. They offered drinks. Hijabi friendly room was really pretty. Overall great experience and will be coming back 100%!

Sensettin was great and friendly and was really comfortable to be around. The atmosphere of the salon was amazing and was really clean and tidy. The treatment left my hair feeling the softest it has ever felt in a very long time. Would definitely recommend this salon for treatments.

I went in for a transition colour which faced obstacles due to my hair colour on presentation not lightning as expected. Even though I was later the owner still gave me a warm welcome, my apologies as I don’t know your name. My hair is short, 4C Jamaican hair. However, Shem, UG and Lutfiye worked so hard to get me as close as possible to my desired outcome and they totally exceeded my expectations. I left a very happy customer. The colour Shem put together gave me the desired two tone look which suited my complexion. Thank you, I will now be a regular customer and will be highly recommending your Salon in Ponders End, Enfield ?

100% happy. I got exactly what I wanted. Lutfiye made sure I was happy with every step when she was cutting my hair, she also gave me a beautiful, beautiful blow dry. I will be returning to her again!

I’ve had to give 1 star. I’ve been coming to beauty kulture for years and it’s the same issue every time. I had an appointment for 3pm and I didn’t get seen until 3:30pm. This happens every time. You book an appointment and it’s always running late - it affects your whole day and I’ve never had an apology let alone any sort of compensation. I’m so so disappointed.

The most pleasant experience each time I’ve visited. I needed a balayage touch up and I was in awe I received so many compliments and I feel and look brand new! I had the beautiful Aba and Bruna do my hair and make up for my bridal shower and what an absolute amazing experience! From the professionalism, patience and execution I can not praise them enough!! Aba is very talented and made me look so beautiful which in turn gave me so much confidence! My fiancé was staring at me so much we nearly crashed on the way home!! Thanks a million for making me feel and look the way I did!! I just wish you did my make on my wedding day :-(

Thank you BK for your amazing service! I got a last minute appointment thankfully. I got a botox treatment, I was thoroughly informed during the whole process (I forgot my stylists name she was so lovely and accommodating thank you) I was advised on aftercare and recommend products to buy and use. My hair feels silky and healthy I would highly recommended the botox treatment I can't wait to come back! x

The manger managed to fit me in for hair a colour and money piece without an app .my hair looked so amazing .the service was great .they are a great as a team caring and professional and know how to do hair definitely.I would definitely recommend it to everyone .

My first experience at BK and I have to say, it was the best experience ever. The receptionist was lovely and made me feel very comfortable and Eddie was lovely, he understood exactly what I wanted and he did an incredible job with my colour, and styling. I would absolutely recommend him. I am Indian and to find the right shade for my skin tone is very difficult, Eddie picked the perfect shade of toner for my hair and it did wonders. Looks stunning!

Didn't get the person I booked with ,had someone else who didn't have a clue, didn't speak very good English either so didn't understand what I was asking for ,so just done what he wanted , then a lovely lady Bruna came to try and sort it the best she can but I still wasnt happy when I left, I feel so let down by this salon I don't think I be going back and will advise others to be weary I have been before and had a lovely cut thats why I rebooked with the same stylist but that was not the case on the day,He was cutting away and creating me a fringe when I didn't want 1 and so on , can't tell you how sad I was leaving that salon yesterday !!

UG Avsar did his magic with my hair. He was extremely hospitable and enabled me to acquire the colour that I desired. All of the staff at Beauty Kulture were tentative and kind and I can not wait to visit the salon again. I would definitely recommend Beauty Kulture to all as they will transform your hair.

I been there three times and I enjoyed every time I been there, staff are lovely friendly especially Mahmule, she is very helpful.

The blow out he did on my natural hair was amazing but the blending of the clip ins was horrible I ended up taking them out in the end as my sister told me it was not done properly and I always get clip in extensions done by other salons and had no problem with it don’t think I’ll be coming back here unfortunately

I randomly wanted a style change, after seeing great reviews about this store I decided to book a wash cut and blow dry. The room set aside for Hiajbi’s is brilliant and I felt so safe. Suzanna was my stylist and I can’t recommend her enough. She was so attentive to my concerns, ideas and gave me a haircut that I’m so pleased with. The other staff and overall atmosphere was so welcoming. I hope to bring family back for their services x

There is no one better. I cannot say this enough. To be a woman of color and come here to get my hair done and be treated well and have my hair done so perfectly that I am nothing less than happy is the best type is service. This salon deserves awards and so much more recognition.

Ugur is A brilliant hair dresser I have known him for a while now. I only trust him with my hair no one ealse. Because I like my hair to perfection I ask for Balayage he always suprises me to a beautiful finish better then I wanted. His excellent at what he does. So ladys if you want prefection on your hair his the one. The only UGUR AVSAR. No better stailist and hair dresser.???❤️PS He does brilliant micro extensions if you want beautiful long hair and full volume.

This was my first time visiting the salon and I was a little bit sceptical because I’ve never find any hairdresser that could work on my Afro hair. Eddie did an amazing work and I left with a beautiful new colour and healthier looking hair. I’ll 100% be coming back.

As a hijabi I’ve enjoyed my experience at BK in the private room just for ladies: The staff is so welcoming and management go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Zayah has done a superb job on my makeup she understood the look I wanted and it was flawless. I have been to different salons in the past but never have I seen staff so attentive, professional and super friendly. Made my whole experience extra special.

Happy with the end product. Hair feels soft even after a permanent colour. I had to wait 45 mins after my appointment time to start the treatment but overall I’m happy.

Well! Looks like they have well trained people working there as well! After a discussion with the manager he convinced me to come for a new haircut. Which I did and now I’m happy! Baran is a star and he did the haircut exactly how I wanted and was so gentle with my hair. Many thanks Baran! ??I still don’t recommend the lady called Lutfiye though.
