I came in for a silk press and my stylist took great care with me by washing, blow drying and flat ironing my hair. She was friendly and very patient with me.
However as this was my first time having a silk press I wasn't totally impressed with the final results. I also wasnt happy that I had to flat iron my hair again when I got home as my hair looked puffy and was not as sleek as I have seen other silk presses to be. I have been to many afro- caribbean salons in the past and received the sleek look I wanted unfortunately I didn't totally get it this time.
