I was informed by reception that my usual hairstylist was not able to make my appointment for the day, and if I would be happy with another stylist or wished too rebook. As I have the most faith in all the staff at BK I agreed with another stylist.
Lutfiye made me feel very comfortable, asked me how I like my hair blow dried, and then styled which I really appreciated and was grateful for I left feeling as amazing as I would if it was my usual stylist.
So again as always thank you BK for going the extra mile to make your customers comfortable, and at ease
