A 5 star experience as usual. Olivia who washed my hair was attentive and charming. Zac is always relaxed and friendly as well as very skilled at doing exactly what I ask for. Jane on reception is also efficient and welcoming. What’s not to like about Enfield’s best salon and the excellent staff

I had the most wonderful service from Vince. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and very polite. I have very coarse hair and he knew exactly how to treat it. He gave me exactly the haircut I was looking for. I love the finished look and will definitely be returning! I would highly recommend him. Wonderful customer service too!

I am not sure why she took up the treatment when she wasn’t up for it. It was awkward to find her making faces and moving away every now and then coz of the keratin smell. It also seemed like she hadn’t done the treatment before as she asked her colleagues what to do. Not what you expect when you pay £150

A wonderful guy who had understood since beginning what my teenage daughter wanted, gave her exactly the hair cut and at the length she asked and respected her needs. It gives her a huge boost of confidence each time. Glad we have found him. The salon in nice and the personnel polite and helpful, it is a bit expensive though.

Vince is great. He listens to what you need, shares his ideas and puts the customer at the heart of the experience. It feels very inclusive. The reception are welcoming and the salon feels light and airy with massaging seats for when your hair is being washed. I think the online booking could be improved somewhat as the app seems a little dated. I would recommend them and Vince.

My hair was cut to perfection as always , good listener efficient and professional advisor.
It was blow dried beautifully and although it was raining it did not loosen my hair soft curls.
The hair treatment which I had in the sensory relaxing room it was amazing
