I would like to say the biggest thank you to Krizia who was exceptionally kind to me this evening (Tuesday 14th July). After a disastrous hair cut yesterday at a different salon, where my hair was left 3 inches shorter than requested, uneven and butchered, I went into Andrew Jose on the off chance that they might be able to slot me in to to quickly even things out. Krizia had me sat in the chair and was assessing the damage in no time, and really took her time to make my hair look its absolute best in the situation. Despite the initial tears as she acknowledged the damage caused by the previous stylist, Krizia's efforts meant that I left the salon with a smile.
