The whole experience from arrival is so special, the covid-care, red carpet treatment, delicious coffee, fabulous music, beautiful space, comfortable chairs and that's all before your hair is even touched...
Then Andrew gets his mitts on your tresses and you really feel like a goddess! Every strand of my hair was loving washed (btw Jade gives a magical head massage), then combed, cut and finally styled. It still smells gorgeous today and I paraded my long awaited trim throughout the day feeling utterly glorious!!!
