Lovely staff and environment, unfortunately haircut wasn't brilliant. I showed my stylist who was listed as a director a pic of what I wanted , a bob with a much longer front as my hair is curly. I wanted something I could wear either straight or curly. Unfortunately it's the same length all the way round, I look like a cross between Joan of Arc and an umpa lumpa! I can only wear it straight...great when it's humid! I'm gonna have to get it re-done somewhere else. Sorry I really liked the staff.
