Had a very lovely and friendly stylist Evelina, but I was the last customer of the day and I felt like I was hurried through - I had balayge and got the feeling that rather than being carefully brushed on, it was more a case of slapping lots of bleach onto the ends of my hair as fast as possible. i had asked for blonde at the ends but the actual result was not very natural looking and not blended particularly well - all bearing in mind that I was charged £225 - I dont feel the result was worth this price tag.
