Today I had my first haircut at Hare and Bone.
Nathan did a wonderful job. To start with he listen to what I wanted, then he explained step-by-step what he was going to do before he started trimming my hair.
The blow dry was also nicely done. I'll definitely recommend it.

As a first experience, I can only say I am totally satisfied with my hair. Jack spent enough time to understand what I was after, despite how vague I was being in my description.

One hour with Amy made my day, a great idea and not too pricey at £30. Nice edgy looking salon in fitzrovia, will def be going back to this one. Genuinely friendly and attentive staff and I appreciated the pre appt text msg and phone call as reminders.

The service from start to finish is immepcable.

My stylist Amy, is caring and understanding whilst providing great advice on my hair. Her technical ability is simply amazing, which shows impressively in the end result.

The guys here are great - styles are cool and fresh but not too out there (unless you want it), and they listen to how you want to wear your hair and what you're looking for. The wine, magazines, and massage chairs don't hurt either!

A haircut is so much more than the tidy arrangement of your locks with a pair of scissors and boy do these guys know that!
Sam (Burnett) is by far the most dedicated, passionate, cool and awesomely talented hair stylist and wizard of scissors one could ever wish for. On top of that he is just genuinely a really nice guy.
They are exactly what you want them to be: a perfect hair salon where they listen to you if you don't want to change your style but are also super-clever and creative if you are ready for a dare!

Nobody will ever touch my hair (or should I say HARE) as long as these guys are on the scene.
HARE AND BONE should be as much of an institution in UK hair styling as David Attenborough in documentaries!

I had a session with Jack and I was very happy to have found such a thorough and skilful hairdresser. I could tell he wants to achieve nothing else but top results, which he also did. The basement area is a bit sterile and impersonal for my taste. I would much rather have my future sessions on ground level.

Sam has been responsible for looking after my hair for longer than I can remember and has never failed to exceed my expectations. I've had short, long and in between styles and Sam has always been innovative and creative. I have my hair coloured - won't give in to the grey yet - and Sam is always on top of the latest and best products. His salon is a relaxing and modern and the supporting team second to none. Highly recommended.

I consider myself the lucky one to have found Sam and his team at Hare and Bone. I have v short hair and anyone w short hair knows the cut is as important as to how it grows out. A master in his own right, Sam always talks to me to find out what I want although I've seen him for so long now I know I will never be disappointed. He has a great and gifted team who are more than attentive. I always leave happy w my hair and a smile from a lovely experience.

I had a last minute event at work and needed to look extra glam. Hare and bone identified with my situation and although there were booked until later in the evening, took me in on 3 minutes notice.

The salon is centrally located, cool, edgy and buzzy with a cracking sound track...
Front of house is friendly and warm whilst offering an undestated 5 star service...

Jack didn't laugh at my semi matted locks and went to town lathering me up, slathering on a conditioning treatment and then going to work on my scalp with fingers to kill and die and then kill again for.

In the chair beverages flowed freely and I witnessed a true artisan go to work. Using barrel brushes like a wand he went about his magic - curling and twisting my hair, pinning flyaways, smoothing ends. Sectioning with the flair and passion of a Parisian chef. As if from nowhere volume, bounce and texture appeared where before there was none ... A short caress with some expensive products through my mane and then the final touch ... A pompadeur crown upon my head, and the look was complete. Glossy tumbling tresses down my back resembled hair extentions as I could not believe they were my own.

Compliments alll evening and turned heads abound ....

Really cool salon with fantastic service (best front desk service ever!). I've had haircuts with both Esther and Amy and both are brilliant and very experienced. They don't rush, they give you a great stylish cut and are lovely people. Great refreshments too! Highly recommend Hare and Bone to anyone.

Booked a haircut and my usual highlights on a whim whilst staying in London for the night.
Jade, my stylist actually took the time for a long consultation as to how I wanted my hair. She recommended doing highlights and then use freehand. Normally I would come out with standard highlighted hair which grows out quickly and had to be done again ( looking very unnatural). She completely transformed my hair and I am 110% satisfied. The stylists are friendly , talented and 100% professional. Will never go anywhere else.

Tonight the 6/01/16 I had the wonderful and friendly Jade for a cut and blow dry. She was so warm, friendly and helpful from the get go. I couldn't of been happier with her service and how my hair looked. And her head massage was FAB!
It was my first time at your salon and I was extremely impressed!

Senior stylist Ernie was amazing - made my hair so healthy, voluminous and sleek at the same time. Tried so many salons in London; they've been so overpriced and underwhelming- well this isn't one of those salons. Finally money well spent. Thank you!

Chloe was very good st helping me consider colour and styling options, and I'm delighted with the result. The salon felt calm and friendly.

I have been going to Hare and Bone since it opened, having been a client of Chloe Scott's for 8 years. I’ve been following Chloe around from salon to salon but I’d follow her anywhere, to be honest, because my hair - its colour, condition and style - has never suited me so well or has been in as good a condition as it is now. Frizzy hair, that’s now greying, has been the bane of my life. The brunt of many a cruel playground comment, I despaired at ever having luscious locks to be proud of or a style I could easily replicate at home. That’s not the case since I put my hair in Chloe’s hands - I’ve never had a bad hair day since becoming her client. In my view - and those of my husband, family and friends (who’ve seen various pre-Chloe hair disasters), Chloe’s the best and that’s why I’ll keep following her. However, Hare and Bone stands out too because of incredible front of house staff and talented stylists. Always willing to please - nothing is too much bother or a problem - last minute appointment changes seem to be accommodated despite an increasingly full appointment book. Trainees are always cheerful, polite and incredibly good at the job and I put that down to a fantastic owner-manager who's keen to see the team (all of it) thrive and succeed. It's a fantastic place to go and I'd recommend it without a hesitation. It fully deserves a five-star review.

Amy is absolutely amazing. It has taken me years to find a hairdresser I trust and I can honestly say I have now found the perfect hairdresser for me. Amy really listens to what you want and is very prescise which I love. Not to mention she is so lovely it is a pleasure to have her cut my hair.

I want to also say how lovely Alex and Amanda in the salon on reception and when washing my hair.

I had half balayage done by Nathan and I absolutely love the end result! I also had a maintenance haircut by Jack and that was perfectly done as well.

Early bird start and Emma is on fine form at this early hour, my hair looks amazing and I can highly recommend her. The salon is easy to get to via public transport or Street parking is available... those of you who cycle leave you bike at home or your locks will be messed up with all that exercise..!!

After many years of crying or being angry after leaving the hairdresser's I have finally found the place where, in terms of hair, dreams come true.
Today is the third time I've gone to the Hare and Bone and after having a full head of highlights and a cut and blow dry I can say that I am thrilled. The colour is *perfect* and the cut is exactly what I wanted.
Nathan is the most elegant and quickest of hair stylists, he is very nice and considerate too without overdoing it with chat or inappropriate questions.
I can't wait till my next appointment! Thanks Nathan and the rest of the team, you rock!

I tried plenty of places in london but you wouldn't be able to find any other salon which would provide such a great costumer service and professional stuff.
The moment you walk in you are in the lovely friendly atmosphere where stylists, reception team and specialy Amy :) actually cares about you, they don't rush and always alow enough time to make sure your hair looks the way you want.
Oh and those massage chairs.. i love them ☺️

Just come back from having my hair cut by Sam at Hare & Bone. Absolutely amazing, Sam is a miracle worker, unbelievably talented, went in bedraggled with bushy frizzy hair have come home with the most amazing hair cut with soft smooth hair. All the team there are hugely welcoming with a warm super friendly atmosphere. This is my find of the year and I will be going back back and back again & again and again :))) thanks all at Hair & Bone ????

The staff are friendly from the moment you walk in. For such a prestigious and award winning salon, there is not a hint of pretentiousness to be found. I have been twice now, once for a cut and then for a colour - both with a stylist who listened to what I asked for and outdid my expectations for both. I feel very well looked after when there too - with back massaging chairs while my hair is washed to complimentary tea or wine! Perfect place for pampering and to unwind.
I am so happy I found this salon & never want to leave!
