I've got to say that the experience yesterday was really excellent from start to finish. I've been to many salons over the years but this very happy and accommodating team have got it right from Front of House right through the process. They all worked exceptionally well together and made very sure that I had everything I needed, and I could tell from listening to other clients at the time that they were being equally well attended to and were clearly just as happy as I was. I gather they're opening a new salon in Esher in a couple of weeks, and I have no doubt it will be just as successful. Thanks and well done all of you!
