I had orginally scheduled a cut and blow dry appointment with a master stylist, however when I arrived I was told my appointment that I made for 4pm was scheduled at 7pm. The receptionist had changed my appointment without informing me of whatever “technical error”, asked me whether I was at the right place and stated that a regular had the same technical issue but she was fine with it. However, I am not a regular so it is was the worst first impression I had, It was also insinuated by the receptionist that I should call to confirm when I receive conflicting confirmation messages. Organising a salon’s appointment is not my responsibility. Such a mistake is unprofessional. I recieved an apology and had a great hair cut experience with a newer stylist. Still, I can’t return to a salon that messes with my appointment (replacing it with someone doing highlights which is more profitable) on the first visit.

It’s a pity, because the hairdresser I had was great.
