We changed the formula in December 2018, my last visit, but it was not recorded. I was assured that the red colour they would mix would match the picture. They told me to "trust them. Leave it to us." The colorance was flat and as if 3 weeks of washed out. It was not warm and vibrant. We then did another round of colorance, in a redder colour, but it was too harsh. I was told that blending it with copper would possibly not work because the red is so powerful. I am at a loss. And after several years going to Hare, I'm sadly not sure.
