I have 0 complaints about my service at hare and bone, it was absolutely flawless. I was super terrified of trying out a new hairdresser as I have just moved over from Aus and my hairdresser back at home knew how I liked my hair. I’m super fussy when it comes to my hair and the style I like is not easy to pull off. Jose and Rachel listened to everything I had to say and took it all on board, checking in with me throughout each step. Every experience from the first phone call booking it, to the greeting, down to the service was perfect. I was greeted with the offer of a coffee, got a lovely massage from the massage seats at the basin and enjoyed a wonderful head massage as they washed my hair. My colour turned out perfect and despite this I was even offered a re-tone if I wasn’t happy with it. They were willing to make sure I left with what I wanted. Worth every penny, the service here is priceless and I will be back, in fact I’m sure it will now be my regular hair dresser for my time in London. Thank you hare and bone, you’re all absolutely fabulous. You’ve made me a very happy aussie today!
