The journey was A+. Apologies if I have forgotten the names of the front of house, I hope your team can work that one out.
I was greeted in a bubbly fashion the front of house staff introduced themselves&offered me a drink as I sat back. I was met by Jamie&he introduced himself&asked questions aimed at getting to know me as a person, what I do, how my lifestyle fits around my hair etc. He brought me over&we had a consult in front of a mirror where he explained my facial aesthetics assessed the volume&type of hair&what could potentially be achieved. I’ve never had such a thorough assessment&we decided on what kind of style would suit my facial pattern.
Next the junior stylist (sorry for forgetting his name!) got me ready, washed my hair made me feel at ease&relaxed (along with the comfortable massaging chair) & gave me a nice head massage; bonus. Next the haircut. Jamie taught me how to care for my hair, why he was cutting the hair he does&what affect this will have to not only the look but maintenance on a daily basis. Discussion was easy and free flowing&he even told me about the ethos&stand out features of who Hare&Bone are&how that relates to me as a customer. I much prefer a niche environment that has a story and is genuine & it seems that was true with Jamie & who Hare & Bone are. After the initial trim, the hair was blow-dried & then further cut to give it the depth, layers & style we were both after. And Jamie for sure delivered!
Check-out was professional, smiles all around&really I felt like a VIP. With so much competition in the customer service culture clients are not looking for just a style or haircut they are looking for an experience&it's exactly what I received. Top to bottom top quality service, with Jamie delivering me a fresh look that gives me the confidence to smile. I can't stop feeling positive&that says everything about your service.
I think I may have just found a brand I believe in & will stay with!
