I do all my hair and beauty treatments from Salon Tiara. Starting from threading, waxing, and facials to hair colors and haircuts. I can't recommend them enough, they have lovely staff and atmosphere—very clean and classy Salon.
Had a really lovely experience with polite and talented staff who gave me possibly the best haircut I have ever gotten! Definitely ask for Anna when booking an appointment, she was the best!!!
Went for highlights, cut and colour. I have been a few times but only because the previous owner a few years ago was great. I asked about the price as last time it had gone up significantly which I was only told about at the end. I was made to feel as though I was a nuisance because they claimed my hair was thick and long hence being charged more when I would call it average. Was treated roughly by the hairdresser when combing my hair after the wash and also drying it. Also not only did the colour come out looking grey when I have had this colour before but she left stains on my forehead and back of neck. This is despite my asking constantly to clean my forehead. When I questioned why the colour looked so different she had the audacity to make up some rubbish about my previous colour when it’s always been the same. I had to put up with this for 4 hours during which I heard a confrontation between the owner and a customer whose 3 year old haircut had been messed up and the blame was put in the little kid!!

Went for hair straightening for my partner. The straighening didn't last even for 1 wash. When questioned the lady was too rude and she doesn't want to entertain us as she has got so many other clients.
Twisted words many times saying "you should have done this" "done that" that wasn't told at first place. Nevertheless whatever was done or wasn't done that permanent straightening should atleast last for 15-20 wash but this one didn't even last for 1 wash. Wasted £100.
