My hair was pulled many times and it was really uncomfortable. ***** is a happy and friendly person but very rough when he was handling my hair and was in a rush to finish. He even burnt me with the hair straightener once. Not happy. I don't expect this kind of service from toni and guy and a person who has 8 years of experience in toni and guy!
