My booking was cancelled the day before, which I understood as the lady was sick. However I was only offered 1 possible alternative Appointment and not at the salon I had chosen. I went on the Groupon to get a refund, but I found the voucher had already been redeemed! So, I rang back to accept the appointment only to be told to ring head office. I tried but there was no answer all day. I then received a text wanting me to confirm the appointment?? I decided to just take it.
On arrival at Hayes salon I found staff members outside and the barriers down. My appoint was at 9am and the lady who opened arrived just before 10 past 9. I was then told there was no one in to do massages. Eventually I got a refund- but only when I found the email with the price on as the staff didn't know the cost.
I can not comment on their beauty services as I didn't get one. However their customer service was terrible, booking was not straight forward and quite frankly they should put offers out if they can't fulfill the treatments.
There are plenty of services like theirs on Groupon. My advice would be to pick another.
