I asked for 1 inch off and she cut about 4 and added layers that I didn’t ask for. Although it’s a lot healthier she cut way too much and it was £70 plus £10 treatment for what was meant to be a trim. I felt like I was getting a lecture for having dry hair and I didn’t pay for a lecture.
