Ryan was great and everyone was very friendly - as always. So generally, it was a good experience.

But there's one thing I think really needs to be looked at.

I have never known sinks so uncomfortable as the ones in the salon.

I noticed my neck was really sore after my appointment last Saturday and it gradually got worse to the point of having a couple of days off work. A couple of massages later and I'm currently away on holiday still in a massive amount of pain. I know it sounds a bit melodramatic and I'm not normally someone who moans about stuff, but I genuinely believe it was sitting at the sink that triggered it.

Everything else about my experience at the salon is always great but this has been a big issue.
