TONI&GUY Islington

Had a blow dry as I have done 30 plus times with Toni & Guy.
The man who attended to me had no care for me as a person , rough with he brushes , burnt my scalp I had to pull away then pushing the brush he was using into my coffee.
It was very clear the big puffy blow dry with waves was not happening from the beginning , he very much knew it.
Towards the end he told me he was getting his colleague to fix it and walked away???
She then kindly curled my hair with tongs , I could have done this at home ??? It has already dropped my hair does not look like I've been in a salon for over an hour.
I then went to the desk after and billed for £47.00!!! Not asked how I was? Or if I was happy. I almost just paid it but then spoke up and she said she will do it half price. No sorry and no what can we do to fix this.

Poor service and team.
Thanks to the lovely girl who put the tongs through it she was the only nice thing from this experience.
Still can't believe I had to pay.
