I asked for a t-section of highlights and my roots are just as bad as when I first went in! The stylist only did one thin strip down the middle and two thin foils either side. The hairdresser offered a rough dry but I wanted to see the colour before I left and they charged me £47 for a 'bouncy' blow dry. Which was far from bouncy and very overpriced. Very disappointed in the colour match and service. Would not recommend.
