I was served by ***** actually (this name is not shown at the stylist name section) but I was arranging the coloured firstly with *****.
I wanted to have my roots and grey hair covered in the same darkness (lightness of the colour) but different shade so we picked the colour I want to have as the final result on my hair but my colour is much darker then discussed and they should have known this.
I kept saying and repeating I want the same darkness (lightness in this case) of my hair, but the shade is the same as it was and it is much much darker.
So what am I suppose to do right now
I payed a lot of money thinking i will get the right shade with your hairdressers but on the contrary I'm sorry...I had to mention this even though the girls are very nice they didn't do the job.
Tell me what do you suggest I do now.
Should I leave a review on social media?
